Description
Adding TEIN lowering springs is a necessary step in suspension tuning. TEIN S.Tech lowering springs offer approximately a 1.5 inch drop for a more aggressive appearance and increased road handling capability.
They are designed with the racer in mind and are to be used with OEM or OEM replacement shocks. They are crafted from Chrome Vanadium SAE9254V and progressive spring rate design is used. The finish is green powder coat
They are road tested in North America to ensure the proper balance between performance and comfort is delivered every time.
They come with a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers lowering spring sag of over 5mm, breakage, and deformity for a period of one year. The warranty does not cover the powder coat finish and/or rust.
The kit contains 4 lowering springs, bump stop reference guide, warranty information, 2 TEIN decals and installation instructions. Some applications come with rubber silencers.
TEIN lowering spring rate is Front 3.1/74 Rear 2.8/157.
TEIN lowering spring height for the 05-08 Chevy Cobalt LS 2.2L Sedan for the front is 1.7 inches and the rear is 1.7 inches.
