I don't see any parts for my car. Do you sell any?
Creating a database of hundreds and hundreds
of parts is extremely time consuming. We are adding new
parts into our database every day. If you do not see a specific
part you are looking for, just send us an email at Info@RacingSolution.Com
and we will check to see if we can get it for you.
Question:
What types of payments do you accept?
At this time, we utilize PayPal and its payment
acceptance. PayPal supports PayPal Payments, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, and ECheck. We also accept money
orders if you prefer that method of payment.
Question: Do
I have to have a PayPal account in order to purchase something
from Racing Solution?
No. If you wish to pay by money order, contact
us to that we may get you the proper order form. If you
wish to pay by credit card, signing up for a PayPal account
takes approx 5 minutes to complete. PayPal has excellent
consumer and merchant fraud protection which is why we have
chosen to utilize it at this time.
Question: How
can I find out what is going on with my order?
Racing Solution provides its customers with
Order Tracking which allows our
customers to track the status of their orders 24/7. As we
progress in the fulfillment of your order, we update the
status in real time. This allows you to know exactly what
is going on with your order.
Question: How
will my order be shipped?
We will utilize UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS to ship all orders.
Question: Do
you provide tracking numbers for UPS shipments?
Yes. When using our Order
Tracking system, a link will be available to you that
will automatically link you to UPS's tracking system so
that you may follow it to your house.
